Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and enjoy faster checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us at tcofitz@gmail.com within 1–2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified, but you may request a return as per our policy.

Do you offer gift notes?
Yes, you can add your message in the “Order notes” section during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link once shipped.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metro cities: 2–4 days

  • Non-metro cities: 3–7 days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for eligible pincodes. A small COD fee may apply.

My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email or SMS after shipment.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return window?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

How do I request a return or exchange?
Email tcofitz@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason. Our team will assist you.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For size exchanges or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may apply.

I received a damaged or incorrect item.
Please report within 48 hours with photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

How should I wash my clothing?
